The fully automatic filter cartridge equipment is specifically designed for the automated production of gas repellent cartridges. The entire production line mainly consists of four parts: a filter element welding machine, a filter cartridge filling machine, a labeling and coding machine, and a packaging machine. Its main function is to fill the cartridges with activated carbon and other filter materials in the correct quantities, automatically assemble and weld the top cover, and achieve fully automated production from filter element punching to finished product packaging. Different styles of filter cartridges can be produced according to mold shapes, and some parts of the equipment can be purchased for individual production based on actual production needs.I. Working Principle The filter cartridge filling machine adopts a multi-station rotary table design. An automatic robotic arm feeds the cartridges and sequentially completes the assembly of the bottom box and compressed cotton, ultrasonic welding, automatic carbon filling, automatic pressure treatment, automatic top cover application, and ultrasonic welding of the top cover to the bottom box. The entire process is controlled by a PLC and displayed on a touch screen, ensuring simple and safe operation.II. Features and Advantages1.
